You're welcome to call us with questions, or open our Paw Partner booking portal and follow the prompts to create an account. Have your dog's breed, approximate weight, coat details, and any comfort concerns handy.
Which service should I book for my dog?
If you're unsure, call the salon before booking. Tell us about your dog's coat, the style you're looking for, and any sensitivities so we can help you plan the right visit.
How do I change an existing appointment?
Check your reservation in Paw Partner for available management options, or call the salon for assistance. Review the cancellation terms provided with your appointment.
Can I ask about ultrasonic dental care?
Yes. Call our team to learn more about our ultrasonic toothbrush service and discuss scheduling. This grooming-based oral hygiene service does not replace veterinary dental care.
Where is Treats Pupperia now?
Our standalone Pupperia shop has closed. You can now shop our retail selection inside Treated Groom Spa at 15 Catoonah Street, and our online store remains open.
